Scott Lifchez, MD is an Assistant Professor of Plastic Surgery at Johns Hopkins University. His clinical interests are in hand surgery, reconstructive microsurgery, and facial reanimation. He is Director of Hand Surgery at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. Dr. Lifchez received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Brown University in Providence, RI. He completed medical school at the University of Illinois. Dr. Lifchez completed the Integrated Plastic Surgery Residency Program at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI. He served as a fellow in Hand and Microsurgery at the Raymond M. Curtis National Hand Center prior to joining the faculty at Johns Hopkins. Dr. Lifchez is Board Certified in Plastic Surgery with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Surgery of the Hand.
