Since Epic began rolling out across JHCP and JHM outpatient practices in April 2013, more than 25,000 patients have enrolled in MyChart, an online portal that allows them to view much of their medical record online, request appointments, and communicate with providers.
To help your staff communicate temporary service delays and explain the advantages of using MyChart, we’ve created a Patient Communications Toolkit that includes MyChart enrollment instructions, messaging materials and other resources.
