Terri Kemmerer, RN, MS, CRNP, CDE

Terri has been passionate about Diabetes care since her son was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 15.  She is proficient with both the inpatient and outpatient management of Insulin therapy, oral diabetic regimens, insulin pump therapy, patient education, and the management of hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, and kidney disease. Her nursing education is focused on patient safety and safe insulin practice and is directly linked to hospital policy. One of Terri’s goals when meeting with her patients, is to empower them with the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve a healthy and happy life with diabetes.
