Text4Baby:

Text4baby is a service that will send you FREE text messages three times a week with information to help you through your pregnancy and baby's first year. Simply text BABY to 511411 to sign up!

A-Z Healthwise:

As an EHP member, you have access to A-Z Healthwise, a free database of health information.Click here for helpful information about being pregnancy as well as information for newborns and children.

Work with Your Doctor:

It is important to maintain a healthy pregnancy. Following your doctor's instructions will also help prevent illness and other serious conditions.

  • Go to all prenatal appointments.
  • Follow your doctor's advice about activity. 
  • Visit your doctor after delivery. 

Nutrition 101:

Eating right is very important during and after your pregnancy. Here are some simple tips to make the right food choices:

  • Eat a balanced diet that has plenty of calcium and iron-rich foods.
  • Take a daily multivitamin that contains folic acid. Folic acid helps to prevent birth defects.
  • Drink plenty of fluids.
