HIPAA took effect in April
2003, but health care organizations were given two
years to figure out how to protect patient health
information stored on servers and computers used by
employees. That reprieve ends April 20. To illustrate

pop artist Roy Lichtenstein was developed by Peter
Tully Owen, a graphic designer in the Office of Corporate
Communications.
