Biography
Dr. McCulley is an associate professor of ophthalmolgy at the Wilmer Eye Institute. He specializes in all aspect of oculoplastic surgery and neuro-ophthalmology with particular interests in botulinum toxin, blepharoptosis, periocular neoplasm and orbital and skull base pathology. Dr. McCulley joined the Wilmer faculty in 2011 and spent two years as director of oculoplastic surgery at King Khaled Eye Specialist Hospital (KKESH), Wilmers affiliate hospital in Saudi Arabia, before returning to Maryland in January 2013.
