Dr. Rivera is a surgeon in the Division of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the Wilmer Eye Institute. She is fellowship-trained in both ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgery and pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus. Dr. Rivera specializes in reconstructive and cosmetic surgery of the eyelids and face, eye socket and tear drainage system, including congenital defects, tumors, tear duct problems, injuries and aging changes, as well as non-surgical options such as Botox and fillers.
