Bio
Biography
Stephen M. Milner, M.D., FACS, is a diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He trained in general surgery in London and at the Massachusetts General Hospital. He also served in the British Army as a lieutenant colonel during Operation Desert Storm. Subesequently, he undertook research at the Chemical and Biological Defence Establishment in Porton Down, England. Dr. Milner is an honorary civilian consultant advisor to the British Army in plastic surgery and burns. A fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Milner has written over 100 peer reviewed articles amongst his numerous publications and is founding editor of the Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, ePlasty. Dr. Milner is founding editor for the Journal of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and ePlasty.
