Bio
Biography
Dr. Pavlovich came to Johns Hopkins after completing a urologic oncology fellowship at the National Cancer Institute. His practice is dedicated primarily to prostate, kidney and bladder cancer, as well as to benign prostatic diseases. He is experienced in open, laparoscopic, and other minimally invasive surgery for the management of urologic tumors, including Nerve-Sparing Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy and Robotic Assisted Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy .
Dr. Pavlovich is an National Institutes of Health and Department of Defense-funded researcher who is currently working on early detection methods for prostate and kidney cancer. As Director of Urologic Oncology at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, he continues to treat cancer with an emphasis on minimizing morbidity and maximizing quality of life, while exposing his patients to the latest treatment options and techniques.
