Biography
Suzanne Jan de Beur, M.D., an associate professor of medicine at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, is director of endocrinology at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.
Board-certified in internal medicine and endocrinology/ metabolism, Dr. Jan de Beur's clinical and research interests lie in bone and mineral metabolism, endocrinology, all metabolic bone disorders, osteoporosis, and calcium and phosphorus disorders. She also has published numerous articles and textbook chapters on topics such as hypocalcemia, and bone and mineral metabolic disorders.
