Details:  Martin Luther King, Jr. Dermatology Visiting Professorship 2010 was a lecture and open discussion on hair loss and scalp conditions affecting African Americans.  Visiting Professor Dr. Amy McMichael of Wake Forest University led a community workshop, following a Grand Rounds lecture that included community health providers, beauticians, barbers, patients, and other community-based organizations from across East Baltimore, JHM and SOPH staff, fellows, residents, and students. More than 80 individuals participated in this event.
