
The Office of Diversity and Cultural Competence coordinates the School of Medicine-based Campus Conversations on Diversity, which features trainers who have completed the Cook Ross Training of Trainers workshop. Since March 2009, this group has conducted workshops involving Pathology, Anesthesiology and Human Resources. To date, more than 130 staff members have participated.

This educational program includes five video vignettes depicting simulated physician-patient visits in an office setting as a means to explore ethnic and sociocultural issues found in today's diverse health care environment.
