What We Are Doing

It takes years to develop a diverse workplace and foster a culture of inclusiveness. At Hopkins we have been working, and continue to work, to build this culture among many different groups—students, residents, faculty, staff and others.

Many of these efforts have occurred in departments or smaller groups. In our diversity and inclusion initiative, we hope to learn from these programs and, when possible, spread effective strategies to other parts of the organization.

On these pages you’ll find examples of how we’re building diversity for different groups of people.
