Charitable Gifts

The Johns Hopkins Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology is dedicated to advancing the understanding, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of gastrointestinal and liver disease through patient care, education and research.

To achieve this mission, the Division benefits from the philanthropic support of individuals. Philanthropic gifts often provide start-up funding for novel research ideas, help with the development of innovative clinical programs, and assist in building and sustaining teaching programs for health care practitioners who will care for GI and liver patients throughout the world.

Your support is greatly appreciated and will have a profound impact on the Division’s continued efforts to alleviate suffering and improve the lives of those who suffer from gastrointestinal and liver disease. Specifically, funds designated to the Digestive Weight Loss Center will support understanding the mechanisms that cause weight gain and assist in the development of non-invasive, non-surgical, endoscopic techniques for weight loss.

All gifts, large and small, are greatly appreciated and tax-deductable in accordance with the Internal Revenue Code. To make a gift or pledge online, please complete our secure online giving form. For additional information on other giving opportunities, please contact:
