We offer individual appointments to meet one-on-one with a nurse practitioner or dietitian certified diabetes educator, as well as group education classes. Every month, the diabetes center offers a series of classes: a one day-class survival skills workshop and a two day self management class to help people learn more about diabetes and take those first critical steps toward taking control of their disease.
