Dermatology Faculty Presentations

As experts in the field, Johns Hopkins Dermatologists speak locally and at nationwide and worldwide conferences and other educational forums.  Below are upcoming events and past events that featured our faculty members. 

• Dr. Ginette Hinds and Dr. Rebecca Kazin have been selected to discuss skin health topics at the highly acclaimed annual women's health conference, Johns Hopkins Medicine's A Woman's Journey, on November 12, 2011, at the Baltimore Hilton.  Dr. Hinds will present a seminar called "The Essence of Beauty" about skin and hair care for women with ethnic skin, and Dr. Kazin's session called "In Pursuit of Perfect Skin" will focus on skin cancer, skin aging, and prevention and treatments.  Attendance is open to anyone interested in women's health and wellness.  To register, please call 410-955-8660 or visit the A Woman's Journey website. 
  
  
• Dr. Sewon Kang will be featured at the 14th Congress of the European Society for Photobiology from September 1-6, 2011, in Geneva, Switzerland.  Dr. Kang will chair a session on photoaging mechanisms and reverval, and he will present a lecture entitled "Repair of Photoaged Skin - a Unifying Concept."
