Ta-Ya Lee, Ph.D., is a certified adult nurse practitioner and acupuncturist at the Johns Hopkins Community Physicians at Canton Crossing.
Dr. Lee speaks worldwide about the field of integrative medicine. She has co-authored a book and written several editorials about acupuncture in women.
Dr. Lee received her doctorate, master of public health and master of business administration from The Johns Hopkins University. She graduated from the Traditional Acupuncture Institute (now Maryland University of Integrative Health) with additional Chinese herbal medicine training. She is currently a doctoral student of acupuncture and oriental medicine at Five Branches University. She is a native speaker of both Mandarin and Taiwanese.
