Databases There are 2 databases
available on the CF Genotyping Center web site:
The mutation database includes mutations
associated with both classic and non-classic CF
and expected findings associated with this
mutation.

Database
The genotype/phenotype database is a
compilation of data from the patients enrolled in
the non-classic CF sequencing study. It is
organized by complete genotype as opposed to
single mutation. This database includes general
patient and medical history information, GI, GU
and sinopulmonary findings.
