Make a KA suspension in HL5 –strep. (1 loop/ml).
Plate cells with 200 μl bacteria on 9.5 cm SM plates or 600
μl bacteria on 13.5 cm SM plates. Use 50-100 cells on 9.5 cm and 150-300
cells on 13.5 cm.
Incubate for 5-6 days at 22° C.
