Integrative Medicine Courses Taught at Johns Hopkins
Restorative Medicine is a required course for first-year medical students that is designed to allow first-year medical students to experience basic practices in mindfulness and creative expression and understand the relevance of these practices to their own well-being and to patient care.

Evidence-Based Complementary and Alternative Medicine is an elective interdisciplinary course for medical and nursing students that is designed to develop the basic knowledge and attitudes to communicate effectively with patients and the patient care team regarding Complementary and Alternative Medicine practices.
