Jeanne P. Blaustein is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Clinical Supervisor at City College, and a hospice volunteer at Continuum Health Partners Hospice, Beth Israel Hospital, in New York City. In addition, Dr. Blaustein currently co-chairs the Bikkur Holim (Visiting the Sick) Committee at the B’nai Jeshurun Congregation in NYC, delivering support to community members in times of medical illness and recovery. She received her PhD from City College, City University of New York in 2001 and an M.A. in History from NYU in 1988. Dr. Blaustein has received numerous awards, including the Irving H. Paul Excellence Award for Distinguished Dissertation, a University Fellowship at City College of New York, Graduate Fellowship at New York University, and Summer Fellowship in Historical Demography at European University Institute in Florence. She lives in NYC with her husband and their two children. |
