Dr. Shen is assistant professor of gynecology and obstetrics at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
Dr. Shen is particularly focused on gynecological care and gynecological surgery, including laparoscopy and pelviscopy procedures. Her primary interest is in the area of menopausal issues.
She received her bachelor's degree from the Johns Hopkins University. Her medical degree and master’s degree in public health are from Tulane University School of Medicine. Dr. Shen completed her internship and residency at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Dr. Shen returned to Johns Hopkins in 2005, after 18 years of general practice in obstetrics and gynecology in the Baltimore/D.C. area.
