Dr. Anne Belcher is director of the Office of Teaching Excellence at Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing.
She has more than 40 years of experience in nursing education, having taught at the baccalaureate, masters and doctoral levels. She has held numerous academic administrative positions. Dr. Belcher’s area of expertise is oncology nursing and her research interest is psychosocial aspects of cancer, with a focus on spiritual care.
Dr. Belcher received her Ph.D. from Florida State University, her M.N. from the University of Washington and her B.S.N. from the University of North Carolina.
