Dr. Ta-Ya Lee is a certified adult nurse practitioner and acupuncturist at the Johns Hopkins Community Physicians at Canton Crossing.

Dr. Lee speaks worldwide about the field of integrative medicine. She has co-authored a book and written several editorials about acupuncture in women.

Dr. Lee received her Doctor of Nursing Practice, MPH and MBA from the Johns Hopkins University. She graduated from Traditional Acupuncture Institute (now Maryland University of Integrative Health), with additional Chinese herbal medicine training. Now she is a doctoral student at Five Branches University for Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is a native speaker of both Mandarin and Taiwanese.
