Assistant professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences and director of Adolescent and Young Adult Mood Disorders Inpatient Service, Dr. Elizabeth Kastelic’s clinical interests include mood disorders with a focus on adolescent and young adult health, and medical and community education.
She is also the director of University Mental Health at the Johns Hopkins University Health Services, which provides care for graduate and post-graduate students.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine, she trained in general medicine and psychiatry at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center and in adult psychiatry at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She completed a child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh, Western Psychiatric Institute and Clinic.
