Accelerated Radiation

An accelerated radiation clinical trial currently is underway at the Johns Hopkins Breast Center. The goal of the study is to determine if a higher dose of radiation, delivered in a shorter number of weeks, is as effective as traditional means of radiating breast cancer.

Our breast specialists are dedicated to pushing the boundaries of currently accepted standards of care for breast cancer patients. Our goal is to find the most effective treatments possible.
