Our Leadership

The Johns Hopkins Breast Center’s leadership is made up of dedicated professionals, some of whom have also been personally affected by breast cancer.

David Euhus, M.D. is the chief of breast surgery and has dedicated his career to understanding breast cancer at the molecular level to determine the most effective treatments. Lillie Shockney, R.N., is a two-time breast cancer survivor. Having been a patient herself, she built the Johns Hopkins Breast Center program to take a patient-centered approach to breast cancer care. Susan Harvey, M.D., radiologist and the director of breast imaging, has dedicated her career to helping women with breast cancer.
