• Gold Hospital Membership ($3,800/year)
  All benefits of GPS Basic, plus:
  • Monthly live-to-archive topical webinar discussion forums with Hopkins CUSP experts

  • Full access to the GPS for CUSP website, including archived presentations and CUSP tools and resources
  • 15 percent discount on registrations to the CUSP Workshop
• GPS Advisory Group Membership ($10,000/year for hospitals, $20,000/year for health systems; limited to first 20 organizations to register)
  All benefits of Gold and Basic memberships, plus:
  • Complimentary registration(s) to the CUSP Workshop in May 2013 (one for hospital members, two for health system members)
  • Two complimentary registrations to the GPS for CUSP Annual Advisory Group Forum
