GPS for CUSP: Association Membership

We are now offering memberships to state hospital associations, hospital engagement networks and Medicare quality improvement organizations (QIOs).  Once you have chosen a membership level, please sign up using one of the links below. Registration is required for all membership levels.

Options

  • Basic Association Membership (free)
    • Monthly CUSPdateSM e-newsletter focusing on practical information about best practices, tools, policies and other timely information 
    • Monthly video learning module
  • Gold Association Membership ($4,500/year)
    All benefits of GPS Basic, plus:
    • One complimentary registration to the CUSP Workshop in May 2013 ($1,395 value)   
    • Participation in ½-day post-workshop association roundtable with Hopkins CUSP experts ($1,500 value)
    • Monthly live-to-archive topical webinar discussion forums with Hopkins CUSP experts
    • "How-to-Do" CUSP instructional videos
    • Full access to the GPS for CUSP member website, including archived presentations and CUSP tools and resources
  • GPS Advisory Group Membership ($10,000/year; limited to first 20 organization to register)
    All benefits of Gold and Basic memberships, plus:
    • One additional complimentary CUSP Workshop registration
    • Annual meeting with Johns Hopkins experts and other Advisory Group colleagues at a GPS for CUSP Forum (two annual meeting attendees per Advisory Group member)
    • Participation in active guidance of the GPS for CUSP program to ensure that developing materials meet members' ongoing informational and educational needs
    • Discounts on fees for CUSP Workshop, on-site CUSP consulting and speakers
