RAR now provides genotyping services through Transnetyx, The RAR rodent technical services section can provide an all-in-one service, from breeding your mice through providing timely and accurate genetic information. Transnetyx offers set up of the genetic testing plus the first 25 samples, free, and specializes in difficult to genotype strains. For more information, please contact Dr Julie Watson.
Quarantine
RAR is now closed to investigators. Please contact us before the shipment arrives to arrange for breeding, infection eradication and genotyping services while the animals are in quarantine. Forms for requesting these services will be posted here shortly.
