Using Internet Explorer Compatibility View

To determine the version of Internet Explorer you are using do the following: Open Internet Explorer, then press ALT+H, then click About Internet Explorer.
Next, take the following action depending on the version you are using:

Internet Explorer V7.0No action required

Internet Explorer V8.0:  Enable Compatibility View
To view or modify the Compatibility View settings on your computer select Tools, then select Compatibility View Settings. This will open the Compatibility View Settings Window:

To enable Compatibility View, you may add the CVM website or select ‘Display all websites in Compatibility View.’

Note: If the ‘Tools’ option is not displayed in the Menu Bar press ALT+T then select Compatibility View Settings.

Internet Explorer V9.0:  Enable Compatibility View
To enable Compatibility View on, click the Compatibility View button to make the icon change from an outline to a solid color. You may also open the Compatibility View Settings window to add the website or to display all websites in Compatibility View.
