14th Annual ACCM Research Day

Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine would like to invite you to submit your abstracts to the 14h Annual ACCM Research Day. Over more than a decade now, Research Day has become entrenched in our department’s culture. It is well recognized for the quality of science presented and spirit of camaraderie that it engenders. We hope that the tremendous levels of participation will continue this year.

Monday, December 10
3:00 – 6:30 p.m.               Poster session in the Turner Concourse

Tuesday, December 11
12:00 – 1:00 p.m.             Lunch and guest speaker in Tilghman Auditorium
Guest lecturer Dr. Sulpicio Soriano, Endowed Chair in Pediatric Neuroanesthesia and Professor of Anaesthesia, Harvard Medical School, will present: “Anesthetic-induced Developmental Neurotoxicity, Known Unknowns.” Watch webcast

Awards: One winning poster and one runner-up will be chosen in each category by a panel of judges. 

Winners will receive $100 and runners-up will receive $50.

We strongly encourage the participation of all ACCM students, fellows, residents, and faculty members. Abstracts that were recently presented at national and international meetings, as well as more recent findings, can be included in this ACCM Annual Research Day.

A final program containing all abstracts will be distributed at Grand Rounds on Thursday, December 6th.
