Jennifer K. Lee, M.D. Receives
FAER Research Fellowship Grant

The Foundation for Anesthesia Education and Research (FAER) strives to advance medicine through education and research in anesthesiology. One part of FAER's mission is to provide research grant funding for promising investigators to train in clinical, basic science and translational anesthesiology research. These grants are designed to create opportunities for physicians to excel in an exceedingly competitive environment and to eventually acquire NIH funding.

Jennifer K. Lee, MDDr. Jennifer K. Lee, a clinical fellow in Johns Hopkins Department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine, was recently awarded a one-year $75,000 FAER Research Fellowship Grant, one of nine grants approved by the FAER Board of Directors in April 2009 to support the research of promising anesthesiologists. Dr. Lee will work with her mentor, Raymond C. Koehler, PhD, on her research topic “Cerebrovascular Autoregulation after Pediatric Cardiac Arrest.”
