Chief Residents Welcome

Welcome! You’ve landed at the website of The Johns Hopkins Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine Residency Program, considered by many experts to be the premier anesthesiology training program in the world. Under this historic and famous Dome, generations of anesthesiologists have trained to serve around the globe. Some residents have made this a permanent home, staying on for successful careers in academics, research and clinical care – others fanning out to private practice and an impressive number to healthcare clinical leadership positions at other academic centers.
