How to apply to The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine:

1. You must first apply to the American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS) by visiting their web site at www.aamc.org. Apply by October 15, 2008.
   
2. After you have submitted your AMCAS application and received your AMCAS ID number, you may complete The Johns Hopkins School of Medicine on-line application.
   > Go to the online application.
   
   Applications for September, 2009 must be received by AMCAS no later than October 15, 2008. The MD-PhD secondary application deadline is November 15, 2008 and the Regular MD secondary application deadline is December 1, 2008.
3. Please carefully read the instructions that appear throughout the application pages.
4. Once you have completed the on-line application, you must also print the secondary application in pdf format and mail the application to the Admissions Office.
   
5. Include a photo ID and application fee, if not paid on-line by credit card. Any changes to your application (address, telephone number, etc) must be made to AMCAS.
