Housing Relocation Benefits

Baltimore City and Johns Hopkins offer several incentives to help make the move to Baltimore easier and more affordable. 

Live Near Your Work Program

A partnership between Johns Hopkins and the City of Baltimore enable Hopkins employees to receive as much as $17,000 in grants towards the purchase of a new home. Read more about the Live Near Your Work program.

Buying Into Baltimore

Buying Into Baltimore is a fair featuring four different neighborhood tours. Through the City of Baltimore, 50 participants will be eligible to receive a $3,000 home-buying incentive, which can be used for closing costs or a house down payment. Learn more about Buying into Baltimore.
