1. | Please make sure that you are not asked to disclose any invention or other data of information that is proprietary to JHU. | |
| 2. | Nothing in the agreement should inhibit your ability to conduct research and other academic activities at or on behalf of JHU. | |
| 3. | The company cannot use the names or logos of JHU in any of their documents or marketing materials, whether in print, electronic, or any other media. | |
| 4. | The company may not quote you in any of its materials, except for citation of published scientific articles. If the company cites you in any context, the following disclaimer must be presented: | |
“Participation by Dr. [Name] [in the development of this product or as a consultant] does not constitute an endorsement by the Johns Hopkins University or the Johns Hopkins Hospital and Health System.” | ||
