Templates provided here can be used when drawing up a private agreement with an outside entity. We do not require the use of our template agreements.
If you want to make sure that an agreement that was sent to you is in compliance with JHU/SOM policies, you can ask that the company/organization add “The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine Uniform Provisions" to the agreement. The use of the Uniform Provisions is recommended but not required.
