- All BOD/Officer services are reviewed by the Committee on Outside Interests.
- Board of Directors and Officer services carry fiduciary responsibilities. These should not conflict with your duties as a faculty member and your obligations to JHU.
- Be advised that the company for which these services are rendered cannot use the JHU names or logos without prior permission from the University*.
- You cannot state or imply that you are representing JHU while serving on a company’s BOD or in an Officer role.
- As an Officer/member of the BOD, you cannot participate in promotional activities.
