Annual Outside Interests Statement

In conjunction with the adoption of the new professional commitment policy in September of 2009, the Dean's office launched the Annual Outside Interests Statement (Annual Statement), an online mechanism for required annual reporting.  Annual reporting occurs in the fall of the academic year.
