eIS (electronic Information Sheet)
The eIS (electronic information sheet) is the standard cover sheet that must accompany all paperwork (grant and contract applications and administrative actions) submitted to the Office of Research Administration (ORA). The eIS must be fully completed, printed, signed by the investigator and the department, and forwarded to ORA with the application.
To gain access to the eIS, new users must send a completed eIS Access Form to SOMeISHelp@jhmi.edu.
