Cristina Sadowsky and John McDonald of the International Center for Spinal Cord Injury are contributors to the second edition, which has been thoroughly updated and revised. Drs. Sara Palmer and Cristina Sadowsky are assistant professors and Dr. Jeffrey Palmer is Lawrence Cardinal Shehan Professor of PM&R. Dr. McDonald is associate professor of neurology and PM&R. |
