Johns Hopkins participates in the ISPMR meeting

The Department of PM&R was highly visible at the Fourth World Congress of International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine in Seoul, South Korea, June 10-14, 2007. Professors Jeffrey Palmer and Argye Hillis were invited speakers (on Dysphagia and Recovery from Aphasia, respectively). Pablo Celnick (Assistant Professor) presented a workshop of Cortical Plasticity. Eiichi Saitoh (Adjunct Professor) was also an invited speaker on Dysphagia, and Sam Mayer (Clinical Associate) was a meeting participant. The conference was highly successful with representatives from all five continents and many fascinating presentations.
