Dr. Pablo Celnik wins Young Academician Award
Please join me in congratulating Dr. Pablo Celnik for winning the Young Academician Award for 2007 from the Association of Academic Physiatrists (AAP). This award honors an academic physiatrist who has demonstrated outstanding performance in the areas of teaching, research and/or administration. Dr. Celnik is an Assistant Professor of PM&R and Neurology and a graduate of the Johns Hopkins PM&R Residency Program. His research on cortical plasticity has is supported by awards from the American Geriatric Society and the American Heart Association. Dr. Celnik is a participant in two prestigious AAP programs: the Rehabilitation Medicine Scientist Training Program and the Program for Academic Leadership.
