Dr. Barbara J. deLateur, M.D., M.S., has received the DIstinguished Member Award from the Association of Academic Physiatrists (AAP) by a unanimous decision from the AAP Leadership Recognition and Development Committee and the AAP Board of Trustees. This award is reserved solely for individuals who are of international status and recognized as major contributors to the field by virtue of teaching, research, and scholarly publications.
