Caroline Esaias is a Senior Laboratory Technician (II) in the Radionuclide Therapy and Dosimetry Research Lab, Division of Nuclear Medicine in the Russell H. Morgan Department of Radiology and Radiological Science at The Johns Hopkins University, School of Medicine. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from McDaniel College (Formerly known as Western Maryland College) in Westminster, MD.
Since graduating in 2003, Caroline has aquired experience in laboratory and surgical porcedures via a previous position at Johns Hopkins SOM and as a surgical technician at Thomas D. Morris, Inc.
RESEARCH
As a Sr. Lab Tech II, Caroline is responsible for performing routine experiments, general maintenance of the laboratory, equipment and supplies, basic tissue culture and cell line maintenance, and basic animal experiments, surgery, pathology and histology. Other research responsibilities include maintenance and monitoring of all murine in-vivo models currently in use at the RTD lab.
