Professional Interests
My chief scientific goal is to make a contribution in prevention and treatment of dementia. I am interested the longitudinal and cross-sectional relationship between depression and dementia among the elderly. My current NIMH K23 grant is on early and mid-life depression as risk factor for late life cognitive disorders.
