CLINICAL SERVICES

The Department offers a wide variety of inpatient, day hospital (partial hospitalization), outpatient, and emergency services for adults, adolescents, and children at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and The Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.

If you do not find the information you need on the web pages, we encourage you to use the contact information provided.

Inpatient Services for patients who
stay in the hospital overnight as well as 
during the day, both weekdays and 
weekends.
Day Hospital Services for patients who spend most of each weekday in the hospital but return home in the evening and on weekends.
Outpatient Services for patients who come to the hopsital on weekdays for one to several hours for evaluation or treatment.
Emergency Services provided in the Johns Hopkins Hospital Emergency Department for patients with psychiatric emergencies.
