Clinical Services at The Bayview Medical Cener

INPATIENT SERVICES

The psychiatric inpatient unit is a 20-bed open ward that admits approximately 300 voluntary patients each year from all socioeconomic groups and diagnostic categories. The unit is separated into two services:

Both services accept patients from physicians’ and psychiatrists’ offices directly and from emergency departments throughout Maryland. 

For ADMISSIONS information, contact the admission coordinator at
410-550-0069, Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

SPECIALTY SERVICES

Johns Hopkins Bayview Psychiatry offers a number of community-based inpatient, partial hospitalization, and outpatient programs for adults, children and adolescents. See specific programs and clinics listed by specialty below.
