Administrator
Ms. Hogan has been the Administrator for the Region III PTC since 1990. She has an extensive background in evaluation and adult education. She has an appointment as associate faculty in the Department of Population, Family and Reproductive Health at the Bloomberg SPH and continues to work as faculty coordinator for training programs at the SOM and the SPH. In her tenure, she has developed research protocols, conducted pilot studies, been a member of research evaluation teams, conducted needs assessments and developed curricula.
Ms. Hogan will facilitate the focus groups and the development of the needs assessment survey. She will be responsible for assuring that the survey instrument is distributed, that the information is collected and collated, and will work with the statistician to review the findings and determine the most appropriate evaluation methods.
